The address is Skolas street 11 – in the city center of Rīga, dormitory is a 7 floor building. The rooms are arranged along a long hallway, all rooms are double shared with private bathroom. Kitchen is shared on the floor. Each floor has 10 rooms.

- Rent (EUR/month): 240.00 EUR (<16 m2); 280.00 EUR
- Type of Accommodation: Self-Catered
- Services (included): Utility fees , bedsheets, fridge in the room, cleaning once a week (4x per month).
Single room
- Rent (EUR/month): 385.00 EUR (<16 m2); 405.00 EUR
- Type of Accommodation: Self-Catered
- Services (included): Utility fees , bedsheets, fridge in the room, cleaning once a week (4x per month).

*Prices have been lowered during the pandemic and will take effect in Autumn semester 2021

Extra charges (not included)
- For additional fee students may use washing machines (2.50 EUR per use). Washing machine use (price varies depending of the choice of program).

Trolleybus No. 5, 12, 25; Bus No. 37, 41, 53 (stop: Ķīpsala, then few minute walk to Campus) or 35 minutes by walk.
