Introduction to the Summer School
RoboTeen Camp:
- Provides a wide and diverse range of lectures, as well as mensuring an opportunity to try your hands at performing practical tasks;
- Introduces the main aspects of robotics, mechatronics, electronics and other related industries;
- Creates or strengthens interest in future required exact Sciences;
- Enables participants to gain team work experience in creative, active and multidisciplinary teams;
Additional benefit: RoboTeen Camp will allow participants to feel the university environment and create a positive, empirical impression of the higher education institution.
Covered Topics of the Summer School:
- 3D Design Modelling Software
- Principles of electronics & circuits
- Fundamentals of arduino programming
- Robot mechanical movement
- Line follower and its programming
- 3D printing and assembly
- Robot Programming & Debugging
All lectures and practical classes will take place in the auditoriums and laboratories of Riga Technical University (Kipsala Campus). Catering will be provided to the participants during the program (breakfast and lunch during working days).
