The dormitory address is Burtnieku Street 2a. It is a 5 floor building. The rooms are arranged along a long hallway, all rooms are double shared. At the end of the hallway are kitchens and toilets. Bathrooms are located on the ground floor.

Additionally the dormitory has a gym with fitness equipment.

- Rent (EUR/month): 155.00 EUR (Fully booked)
- Type of Accommodation: Self-Catered
- Services (included): Utility fees, bedsheets, fridge in the room.

Rent fee starting from 01.01.2023.

Extra charges (not included)
- One-time payment for entrance card 7.00 EUR
- If the room is renovated 10.00 Eur/per month
- Gym 6.00 Eur/per month (full calendar month, not days, example, September, October, November)
- Washing machine use around 2.50 Eur (price varies depending of the choice of program, reservation and payments through mobile applications)
- Guest, who stays in dormitory after 11 pm till 6 am – 6 Eur/per night (*maximal 7 times per month, but only if other room/block tenants have no objections)
