Short useful information would be that we have one billing invoice for the month, which includes all utilities (electricity, water, heat, etc.) , Internet, gym, use of all common areas. All the rooms are private, having their own small kitchenette and bathroom with shower and wc. All Single studios have the same size of bed (1200×2000), when Single comfort studios, Accessible studios and Twin studios have two beds of 900×2000 which can be merged. You can spend time in any other area in the building, such as study / co working room, lounge area, game room, play stations room, rooftop terrace, courtyard, big common kitchen etc. We offer extra services such as self-service laundry room, coffee and vending machines, printing, parking.
If you decided to choose a room, to save your reservation we take 700 Eur deposit, which is refundable after your staying term is over. You are welcome to make a reservation through our website https://riga.shedcoliving.com/book/student-housing/ , where you will automatically be able to read the terms and conditions and the rental agreement, which you will sign upon arrival.
