RTU Receives A Visit From Students Of Cyprus University Of Technology
RTU hosted a group of the students representing Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) – member of the European University of Technology (EUt+) alliance. Cypriot students got acquainted with study and research activities implemented at RTU, as well as learned more about university’s efforts in supporting creation of innovations and science-intensive business ideas.
This short-term mobility has been organized as part of development process of Master level cluster in Environmental Engineering within EUt+, aiming to converge progressively towards a common roadmap.
During the visit, students visited the Institute of Energy Systems and Environment, Baltic Biomaterials Centre of Excellence and Science and Innovation Center, getting more in-depth insight into the technical supply that is used for the provision of the study process and implementation of international research projects.
They had the opportunity to take part in the prototyping workshop organized by RTU Science and Innovation Centre, as well to meet the students of the Institute of Design Technologies, sharing experience and ideas.
RTU students of Environmental Engineering have already took advantage of short-term mobility opportunities, visiting CUT last summer.
