The delegation of Mykolas Romeris University visited RTU

On August 21, 2020 the delegation of Mykolas Romeris University (MRU), Lithuania, visited Riga Technical University (RTU).

At the beginning of the visit, the guests met with RTU Rector Prof. Leonids Ribickis, Vice-Rector for Studies Prof. Uldis Sukovskis and the representatives of The Faculty of E-Learning Technologies and Humanities. The MRU delegation included Vice-Rector for Studies Prof. Linas Selmistraitis, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Prof. Odeta Merfeldaitė and Director of the Institute of Humanities Assoc. Prof. Liudmila Mockienė.

In Ķīpsala Campus guests from MRU met with the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management Prof. Elīna Gaile-Sarkane and visited RTU Scientific Library, Media Center and Design Factory.

Mykolas Romeris University was founded in 1991 and is located in Vilnius and Kaunas. It has 7500 students, including 600 foreign students. MRU offers study programs in law, humanities, social sciences and other fields. RTU and Mykolas Romeris University has a strong bond developed over the last few years by implementing joint projects in research and student and staff exchange.
