RTU Rector and ICFSD Congratulate Friends and Partners in Italy On the Occasion of Republic Day in Italy

On behalf of the Rector Professor Leonīds Ribickis and International Cooperation and Foreign Students Department of Riga Technical University (RTU), we express our congratulations to all our friends and partners representing higher education institutions in Italy on the 74th Anniversary of the founding of the Italian Republic.

Today RTU and Italian universities have a strong bond developed exponentially over the last few years by implementing joint projects and student and staff exchange.

This year, in sign of respect for the victims of Covid-19, in Italy and in the world, and in compliance with social distancing measures, we celebrate the Anniversary in a very exceptional context, far from what each of us could have ever imagined.

On the occasion of the Italian National Day, we are delighted to share with all the friends of Italy some pictures containing a visual insight into activities and institutional visits highlighting the importance we place on our friendship and strategic partnership.
